• All orders are delivery only. There are no pick up options available at this time.

• Orders must be placed a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your delivery date.

• Orders that do not comply with the date requirements will result in being canceled.

• Xela Florals does not accept order dates falling on any major holiday.

• After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from the Xela Florals team confirming your order. Xela Florals reserves the right to cancel an order if unavailable on the desired date of delivery. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.

• Available only to Durham, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Cary, Raleigh, Apex, Pittsboro, Saxapahaw, Hillsborough, and Holly Springs.

• Your order will be made at our designer’s discretion based on the color palette of your choosing.

• Flower varieties are subject to change.

• Requests for specific flower types are not available.
